Not only do we train our staff but also we carry out summer training program for undergraduates. This program exposes the trainees to a unique learning experience at ECARU with its various divisions and fields of work.

ECARU carried out “Future Leadership Program” which qualifies and prepares young talented employees with skills and opportunities to lead our business into the future and keep us ahead of the industry, whilst sustaining our previous achievements.

The program primary focus is sustainability, where leadership making doesn’t link to time or event.
